Answer:
In Illinois, masks are required to be worn at indoor events. However, we understand some individuals feel strongly that masks are a personal infringement. To maintain business relationships in this situation, offer to invite the client to an outdoor event instead. A recommendation is not to discuss the issue of masks. At a date closer to the event, mention that you will be wearing a mask and offer a mask to those attending. If they refuse to wear a mask, maintain social distancing.

Today, one can find masks in primary colors, pastels, prints, and even flower and animal patterns. Slogans on masks have become very popular. It is best to stay away from wearing a mask with a slogan unless it represents the organization one is a member of to send a message. Be prepared when wearing a slogan to get push back.
