Have a timeline for both the interviewer and interviewees. Each candidate and team would be best served if more than one person conducts the interview.

Answer:
An ice breaker helps participants get to know each other and gives everyone time to get ready for the call. The time allotted for the ice breaker depends on the length of the call. The ice breaker should be easy and simple, such as asking about favorite foods or movies or how they are doing during the pandemic.

Answer:
