We are in the process of hiring additional members for our team. Our leader has a very high energy level. Is it important for the new hires to have the same energy level?
Answer:
If the leader of your team is directly involved with the day to day operations, it would be best to hire new team members who have the same energy level. The new team members also need to be in sync with other team members.

How should I ask someone to slow down when they’re giving instructions and talking too fast? I don’t want to seem rude.
Answer:
Take a breath and wait for a pause in the conversation. Speaking clearly, simply say, “Please slow down. It wil help me to follow the steps needed to accomplish the work/task/project you need.”

I don’t like the skinny pants they are showing in business wear. Will wearing full leg pants look professional?
Answer:
An increasing number of full leg pant styles are now available for professional business casual attire for women. Men’s pants, however, are still on the slim side.

Fruit is a good choice for holiday gifts for a group or family organization. Harry & David Pears are my favorite option and are often an appreciated gift. Travel items or the latest business book makes a nice gift for an individual.
