Answer:
Unfortunately, there is no perfect answer since each situation can have several outcomes. Is this a one-time offense or an ongoing behavior? If it is a one-time offense, it is up to you on how to handle it. If it is an on-going situation, the first recommendation is to talk to the HR professional assigned to your group. Be very factual. If possible, at first, do not name names until you get a sense of how HR can help. Remember, talking to some bullies will only escalate the situation, especially if is an ongoing behavior issue.

Answer:
The roles of a moderator is to keep the discussion moving and to give each panelist an opportunity to speak. To get a feel for the panelists, review their bios and practice pronouncing their names. Let each panelist know the rules before the program begins and provide a time warning to keep everyone to the time limits.
