Answer:
Give everyone a spa manicure and pedicure, a great bonding and relaxing event, the week before the event. Schedule it late in the business day. You might even offer some business social etiquette tips during the time they receive the treatments. For a similar client event in the past, we scheduled this activity. The staff all enjoyed it with some people returning on their own for follow-up nail treatments.

Answer:
It is not proper protocol to correct professional behavior with a peer unless you are the manager. An exception in this situation would be if there is a long history and friendship with the person. If so, suggest the correction very gently and without judgement.

What are some key behaviors to help exude an executive presence when walking into a room?
Answer:
Walk in with good posture, direct eye contact, a strong handshake, and a serene smile along with a 30 second introduction.
