Slow down and speak in complete sentences. Never use a speaker especially when using a mobile phone.

Typically, a jacket still creates an authority position. However, due to the dominance of business casual, the jacket is not as necessary. Most importantly, be aware of the culture of the organization and group. If it does not feel right, a jacket can always be removed at the beginning of the meeting or presentation.
