What are some tips to consider as we plan to entertain clients or customers? This is refresher for our associates as the holiday season approaches.
Answer:
5 key tips to remember when entertaining clients:
• Choose a dining venue that makes it special for the client
• Select a date and time that is convenient for the client (work with their timeline)
• If the client leaves it up to you, check their food preferences (vegetarian or gluten free)
• If choosing an event not related to dining, sports or plays – know the client’s preferences
• Provide transportation if parking is a problem at the venue or the location of the client’s office is out of the way
Remember these tips and entertaining clients will a special event for them!

How do you speak to someone when you notice they are wearing a hearing aid?
Answer:
You do not have to speak louder but it is best to speak face to face so they can see you talk. Never call attention to the fact they are wearing hearing aids and give a warning if you are going to change the subject.

Temperatures appear to be on the rise in the US. How do we stay fresh looking in the warmth?Question here
Answer:
Be prepared for an indoor location with the air conditioning running full blast! You may even need a sweater or a jacket to keep warm. Otherwise, for men, wear dress and casual shirts in cotton. Jackets can be summer weight fabric. Women, layer with short or sleeveless cotton tops or dresses and bring a lightweight sweater, scarf or jacket. Use natural fabrics that will breathe.Answer here
