The Situation: Elements for Successful Leadership
Clients that face leadership challenges are often those recently promoted or stuck in one role for a period of time. They usually need to strengthen ways to communicate and deliver results with their team or to senior leaders.
The Solution:
One, they must realize the current situation; two, adapt actions to their leadership style; third, address where to improve; fourth, begin to own it by strengthening the skills needed and five, build a core team to assist in the new aspects of their leadership skills.
The Outcome:
Some clients can move in the direction needed to be a strong and impactful leader by continuing to build new skills instead of fighting past, possibly ineffective or irrelevant skills and actions. Other clients become aware that the role they are in is not the right one and transition to a more effective possibility. For either situation, an internal and external coach are needed. It continues to be my passion to help these individuals and organizations in their continuing efforts to build strong leaders.
