Tip for Organizations:
Question:
We have some key associates who are brilliant in the work they handle for the group. However, they lack interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively function well within a team. Any suggestions to help them strengthen these skills that are so necessary for any move to the next level?
Answer:

The fourth point is a call to action on all that will be necessary to achieve the goal.
