Answer: This a great team exercise for deciding on goals and good for team building. Give everyone three post it stickers and have each of them write:
• One thing the team did well in the past year
• One thing the team could strengthen
• One thing the team should focus on
Post them on the wall and have the team absorb the whole picture. After that, take two votes about the one thing the team should focus on. Then develop a time frame for completion.

I would like to focus on strenghtening my personal introduction – what are some good practice tips?
Answer:
Get a recorder you can talk into and playback to hear yourself. Another technique is to call yourself on the cell phone and leave the introduction as a message. Finally, get a group together that is interested in practicing their personal introductions.
The more you practice the easier it becomes. It’s all about projecting confidence when introducing yourself.

How can I tell if my clothing looks too tight?
Answer: Slacks and jackets that are too tight will have stretch marks on them. On jackets they will show at the waist. On slacks they will show along the stomach and hip areas. Wearing clothing too tight makes you look bigger not smaller.

Because time is so valuable and it can be difficult to schedule an event after work, I recommend having lunch at least once a week with a colleague not in your area. Get to know who they are and what they do for their company. This will help you create your own network.
